AIM
The journal aims to develop theory and disseminate knowledge for:
- developing and promoting innovative solutions of production engineering,
- exchanging of experience between theoreticians and practitioners applying the methodology of production engineering in the industrial sector, including rendering services, and
- supporting sound decision making.
In order to achieve the goal, the journal publishes original research articles (including theoretical studies, as well as empirical and practical discussions) prepared by Polish and international scientists and practitioners.
The Editor particularly favours interdisciplinary research and cross-functional issues. The journal takes a broad view of production engineering and encourages submissions from other disciplines (i.e. management and economics) if they contribute significantly to problems considered by engineers and researchers.
The journal is addressed to academia, as well as to managers responsible for production engineering and/or in charge of service management in business practice.
The journal provides author benefits such as free PDFs and flexible copyright policy enabling the author to include the article in Open Access repository.
